Victoria is a strategic and people-focused Human Resources professional with more than ten years of experience supporting organizations through talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Throughout her career, she has partnered with leaders and teams across diverse sectors, including nonprofit and professional services environments, to build positive workplace cultures and implement people-focused strategies that support both employees and organizational success. She is passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences, fostering inclusive workplaces, and helping organizations thrive through strong relationships, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

When asked what excited her most about joining ABC Head Start, Victoria shared that she was drawn to the organization's strong commitment to creating meaningful impact in the lives of children, families, and communities. Throughout her career, she has been drawn to purpose-driven organizations where people are at the heart of the work, and she felt ABC's mission and values strongly resonated with her.
She is especially excited about the opportunity to partner with the amazing team at ABC, support employees throughout their journey, and contribute to building a workplace culture where people feel valued, empowered, and connected.
Of ABC Head Start's Core Values, Belong resonates with Victoria the most. She believes people do their best work when they feel valued, respected, and truly part of something meaningful. She is passionate about creating environments where everyone feels heard, included, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and strengths.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys bringing people together and having fun. You'll often find her belting out a karaoke song (even if she'll be the first to admit she can't sing!). If she could have one superpower, it would be the ability to instantly understand and speak every language in the world. She's always been fascinated by people, cultures, and the stories that connect us, and loves the idea of being able to communicate with anyone, anywhere.
