Give Your Child a Head Start
ABC Head Start provides high-quality early learning programs for children who need extra support in speech, learning, and social development. Our classrooms offer a nurturing environment where children can grow, gain confidence, and get ready for kindergarten.
This application will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. Please ensure you have your child’s identification document (such as a birth certificate) ready to upload, as part of the application process.

Who Can Apply?
Children turning 3 or 4 years old before December 31, 2026
Families who could benefit from extra support
Children who need extra support and may be experiencing speech, language, behavior, and developmental challenges or delays, as well as those who are neurodivergent.
One factor we consider when evaluating applications is household income and family size. Our goal is to offer free programming to families who need it most.
