Starting in September 2016, we are transitioning from a model of site locations having a standardized staff team to a model where resources and services will be allocated and provided responsively to the identified needs of children and families in each program location. Sites will have core early learning and family support teams and there will be an agency Resource Team whose members are either assigned to program locations based on the needs of children in that location each year or are agency wide resources to be accessed as needed.

The Resource Team will include Speech Language Pathologists, additional early childhood educators, Speech Language Assistants, Occupational Therapist, Therapy Assistant, and a Social Emotional Development Coach. The Resource Team will have the capacity to change and develop as the needs of families accessing our program may change. Thank you for your interest in the Resource Team.
